The R-Car X5H family is Renesas' 5th generation automotive system-on-chip (SoC) that supports ASIL-B/D capabilities as well as neural processing unit (NPU) support. It is built on the latest 3-nm chip technology and enhanced versions are provide courtesy of chiplet technology.
