Rebellions Scales Global Growth with Silicon Valley backed Series C
Rebellions completes its $250 million Series C round by adding leading U.S. investors, including Kindred Ventures and Top Tier Capital Partners, strengthening its global expansion and U.S market presence.
Seoul -- November 13, 2025 -- Rebellions, Asia’s fastest-growing AI inference chip startup, today announced the expansion of its Series C funding round with new participation from Kindred Ventures and Top Tier Capital Partners. With this additional investment, Rebellions strengthens its foothold in the global market and accelerates partnerships and business expansion in the United States.
The final close follows the previously announced Series C round in September, backed by strategic investors such as Arm and Samsung. The participation of leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms underscores Rebellions’ growing recognition among global investors and its expanding reach beyond Asia into the broader international AI infrastructure market.
Kindred Ventures, an early investor in globally recognized technology companies such as Perplexity and Uber, made its first investment in a Korean startup through this round. Top Tier Capital Partners, a San Francisco based venture firm, also joined the round. Their participation highlights growing confidence in Rebellions’ role as a next-generation AI infrastructure provider.
Building on this U.S. investment momentum, Rebellions plans to strengthen its partnerships across the United States, working closely with local data center ecosystems and partners. The company also aims to accelerate hiring of top talent and enhance its global team capabilities.
“This round brings together a diverse group of global investors from the U.S., Europe, and Asia, reinforcing Rebellions’ position as a trusted partner in the global AI infrastructure ecosystem,” said Sungkyue Shin, CFO of Rebellions. “The participation of leading Silicon Valley venture firms reflects global recognition of our innovation, and we will build on this momentum to expand our presence in the U.S. market through new partnerships and customer deployments.”
