12nm EURYTION RFK1 - UCIe SP based Ka-Ku Band Chiplet Transceiver
Analogue Insight, in collaboration with Tetrivis, is introducing EURYTION RFK1, the industry’s first UCIe-based RF chiplet transceiver supporting natively both Ka and Ku Bands. This state-of-the-art device is engineered for satellite communications, aerospace, defense, and software-defined-radio (SDR) applications that demand both high performance and broad bandwidth.
Fabricated on a 12 nm process, the chiplet integrates the next generation Tetrivis KuKa® receiver-and- transmitter IP, enabling software-selectable operation across wide RF channels in either band. Packaged as a single UCIe-compliant chiplet, EURYTION RFK1 offers scalable, plug-and-play integration— making it an ideal choice for advanced communication systems.
Summary
- UCIe based Ka/Ku band transceiver
- Wide Bandwidth
- Scalable solution for dense mm-wave radio into single multi-chip modules
- High resolution ADC/DAC for direct digital conversion
- Integrated ultra-low phase noise PLL
- JESD204C over UCIe for easysystem integration
- CPU for monitor, interface andbackground operations
Package Example
Two or more EURYTION RFK1 chiplets can be integrated into a Multi-Chip Module package. The UCIe support up to 25mm distance on the package substrate. A DSP, placed in the package, will take care of the signal processing from and to the Transceiver. Here an example of 64TRX system-in-package supporting both Ka and Ku band natively integrating 8x EURYTION RFK1 and a Custom DSP.
