Analog Front-End (AFE) Chiplet handle signal acquisition and conditioning at the boundary between the physical and digital domains. They prepare incoming analog signals for conversion and processing while preserving signal integrity and minimizing noise and power consumption.

AFE chiplets are used in high-speed IO, sensing, RF systems, and data acquisition platforms, enabling modular integration of sensitive analog functions alongside digital compute dies in advanced multi-die architectures.
