We specialize in delivering complex, high-performance and low-power SOCs, chiplets, and system designs using bleeding-edge FinFET process technologies all the way down to 3nm. Our expertise has been utilized in the development of some of the world’s most advanced products designed for hyperscalers, large data centers, and ultra-secure networking equipment. We have taken a number of SSD controllers to production through an OEM who caters to hyperscale cloud providers. Another area we specialize in is chiplet based designs. We are currently working with a number of partners and customers ranging from high performance CPUs, Smart NICs, 5G solutions and other applications to integrate their chiplets into SIPs.
Our vision is to revolutionize the economics of FinFET designs while achieving optimized power, performance, and area (PPA). We want to be the most trustworthy, reliable, and service oriented silicon partner to our customers, be the first to offer “Hyperscale Chip Design – Ability to Scale Easily On Demand” and be the best ASIC provider in the world.
We have created an AI-powered siliconization software platform and methodology to revolutionize the economics of IC design and the associated path to production for our customers. We use this advanced software extensively in our ASIC development business to provide customers with full turnkey implementation from RTL to production. Our Apex platform runs alongside existing EDA tools and minimizes design iterations while reducing time to production. We hold many key patents on this advanced siliconization platform.
Apex’s integrated development flow is designed to work seamlessly and cohesively from RTL through tapeout and all the way to high volume production. The silicon engineering portion of the flow uses AI modules to improve time-to-market and time-to-revenue as well as DV framework tools with data-driven AI/ML analysis. The flow also focuses on pivotal areas of product development such as DFT and package/ system design to provide complete end-to-end coverage
